Skin tags/acrochordons are loosely attached masses of tissue. They are attached with very small stalk to the skin. They are mostly present in areas of friction like neck, armpit, eyelid and upper chest. It can be because of genetics, diabetes and obesity.
Moles are small, colored spots on the skin. They are harmless unless they change their color, shape and size.
DPN/ dermatosis papulosa nigra: These are multiple small, black or brown skin spots.
